Astra 3A (whilst testing at 24.2 E)
4th May Astra 3A is now in full service at 23.5E, having replaced Kopernicus 3. It is currently carrying only digital services, so this page is now for information only.
Astra 3A came on air on 15th April 2002. I only found this frequency active. Astra 3A is designed as a digital bird, so it's unlikely that any analogue channels will appear.

Notes
1 Lyngsat reported this bird active from 15th April. Test channels are normally intermittent and this one was first noted here in Galashiels on 16th April. The signal is aimed at Germany, and the signal isnt particularly strong here on my 80 cm dish.
