2   39W seems very low. However, the Boeing / Hughes website confirms this power.

3    Astra 2C was to be moved to 28.2E when 1K was launched. After the destruction of 1K, SES-Astra have announced 2C will stay at 19.2E for the forseeable future. Astra 2C was moved to 28E summer 2007
