1     Satellite construction.

Eurasiasat 1 is also known as Turksat 2A. It is run by the Eurasiasat Company, which is a venture between Turk Telekom and Alcatel Space (Alcatel manufactured the Turksat 1B / Turksat 1C / Eurasiasat 1 satellites).

length:    40.0m with solar panels deployed.

The 4 dish antenna diameters have the following diameters:

2 x fixed beam dishes:    1.8m

spot beam 1:    1.2m          

spot beam 2:    0.7m
