This is the (rather dark) info card carried on the Turner Classic Movies / Cartoon Network transponder after services ceased on 30th June 2001.
The writing isnt terribly clear as its such a dark card, but it says:
"Cartoon Network and TCM are no longer available on analogue satellite (Astra 1C) in the UK
Please contact your local cable, digital satellite or digital terrestrial operator to continue viewing"
